The following points are here just to demonstrate what we do if

a) there's a problem with the order

b) if you change your mind about the product

c) if you want a refund/exchange

d) what products you can't return

Remember, you are protected by law, it's your 'Statutory Right' as a consumer.

 

Q)I don't really want the item so can i have my money back?

A)You might buy an item and decide you don't want it. No problem, notify us via email sales@difficultdads.com quote your purchase order number and then send back the item to us for a refund. This bit is important though so we'll capitalise it YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND USED AND DECIDE YOU DON'T WANT IT. You have 7 days from date of purchase in which to notify us you don't want the item

Q) The item is now faulty how long is the warranty?

A) if it's an electrical good and runs off the mains then you have 12 months warranty (we will replace the item not refund) Any other item carries a 28 day money back warranty

Q) I like to buy my presents in advance, if i buy in July to give to someone at Christmas and they discover it's faulty what happens then?

A) we know this happens so we are reasonable, we would replace the item

Q) I bought a personalised item can i get a refund?

A) Unless the item is damaged we cannot offer refunds on any personalised item. we also do not refund for spelling mistakes!

Q) How quickly do you refund?

A) upon receipt of the returned goods we process refunds within 7 days
