Come and join the behind the scenes tour of the World’s most famous cricket ground Lord’s ‘The Home of Cricket’. You will have an expert guided tour of The Pavilion including the famous Long Room and dressing rooms; The MCC museum and the famous ‘Ashes Urn’; plus great views of the ground from one of stands and The Investec Media Centre. There will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures around the ground so don’t forget your camera!

Beginning in The Pavilion where we take in the legendary Long Room, you can imagine yourself standing on a test match day and feel the buzz as players come down from the dressing rooms on their way out to bat. From here we move to the dressing rooms, containing the honours boards and see where Cricket’s most famous players sit. In the M.C.C. Museum you will see the treasure house of Lord’s, home to the ‘Ashes Urn’ and over 400 years of cricket history. Moving around the ground you will see its award winning architecture including a look inside the innovative and award winning Investec Media Centre. All tours are taken by an expert Lord’s guide who has extensive knowledge of the ground and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. 

  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by a full paying adult for the Tour for Two
  • The family tour is up to 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Maximum age for a child for the family tour is 15 years
  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your tour time
  • Stadium tours are not available on any Lords event days and some restrictions may apply on days prior to events
  • Please allow approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes for the tour. You may visit the museum at your leisure
  • Tours run: 7 days a week at 10am, 12pm & 2pm
  • Museum is open: Mon-Thurs 10am – 5pm (4.30 last admission) and Fri, Sat & Sun 10am – 4.30pm (3.30 last admission)
  • You will be walking around the ground and up stairs so a reasonable level of fitness is required. There are lifts for wheelchairs and those with walking difficulties
